Jolene Cote Homeless Fundraiser
Donation protected
Jolene Côté was murdered on October 13, 2011 at the age of 36, leaving her family, including her two small children, many friends, students, colleagues and teammates, devastated and overwhelmed with the loss.
Jolene was passionate about making a difference in the world by helping others and enriching the community she lived in, and now we can give back for her! To carry on with Jolene's devotion to helping others, Jolene's family is planning a fundraiser for homeless people along with a Justice for Jolene & Memory Walk in Spruce Grove on October 13, 2018. Look for more information about the event on Facebook (#justiceforjolene). Everyone is welcome!

All funds collected through will go directly to support homeless people in Spruce Grove, Stony Plan & Parkland County. Donations will be accepted with debit & credit cards. Our goal is to purchase and fill at least 30 backpacks with much needed supplies for distribution to homeless people in partnership with "Homeless Link Alberta". With colder weather on the way, homeless people will need supplies and support to help them through the winter.
Our lives have been changed forever in so many ways. There's nothing we can do to change that, but we can use the tragic loss of our sweet Jolene's life to spread some love & kindness because she would love that! Let's work together to make the lives of homeless people a bit more comfortable!
Jolene's family thanks each of you from the bottom of our hearts for your support & for honoring Jolene with your generosity!
