Justice for Jordan #JordansStory
Our daughter Jordan passed away March 7, 2018 due to egregious medical error. Unfortunately in CA, state laws cap medical malpractice cases at $250,000 and so we cannot get legal representation unless we pay out of pocket.
We contacted over 100 attorneys/law firms throughout the state only to be told that while we had a case, it was not economically feasible to represent us in getting justice for our daughter.
We know they failed our daughter. We want to hold them accountable.
We are currently self-represented and need your help in getting justice.
CA medical malpractice laws limit recovery to $250,000. Attorney fees are capped within that limit to approximately $75,000. The cost to litigate is in excess of $200,000.
Any money raised would be put to the legal battle against the hospital and doctors who failed our daughter and contributed to her death.
Your support in this legal battle is greatly appreciated. We cannot do this without you.
