Andrew was an extraordinary person.
Together with his twin brother Edward, was passionate about music and created a band.
He loved to travel and be surrounded by nature - marveled at the idea of someday owning a piece of land where he can have his farm and a small hut.
He was a Trade Industry Development Specialist for the DTI, Philippines and was part of the ASEAN Team. He was well recognized for his hard-work, passion, and for having a such positive outlook towards public service and in life.
Andrew achieved great things. He had definite, precise, and clearly set goals for his life that has now been cut short.

On Nov 29, 2018, my brother Andrew, was tragically murdered by the man he contracted to work on his newly purchased house. He was brutally attacked inside his car, was stabbed multiple times, and was then thrown out and left to die.
But Andrew was determined to fight for his life.
All bloodied, after sustaining approximately 50 stab wounds he received on his face, neck, chest, and trunk, he bravely stood up and walked to ask for help.
When first responders came, he was able to identify his attacker and complete his dying declaration.
He held on long enough to wait for our parents at the hospital.
At 2:16 am, despite multiple resuscitations, Andrew’s body gave up and he drew his last breath.
Never did I imagine this will happen to our family. My heart is so broken and I just can’t believe what my parents are going through.
The killer is still at large.
He was using a different name at the time he introduced himself to my brother.
Currently, we are working with the authorities and lawyers to capture his killer.
Your gift will help our family alleviate the financial burden of this tragedy. The proceeds will go to the memorial and legal expenses, a portion to post reward money to get information on the whereabouts of the killer, and will be used however our parents see fit to honor the memory of Andrew.
