Justice for Kristian Vargas - Headstone

First, my children and I would like to thank everyone for the continued support for justice in the tragic murder of my son and their brother Kristian Vargas. I and my children are eternally grateful. 

As you know my son Kristian was murderered on Easter Sunday by a Hector C. Frances. For no reason at all! 

There will be a trial held, possibly a few trial dates. The very 1st prehearing is coming soon (Friday, July 21, 2023) on bail whether or not my son's murderer gets it. PRAYING JUDGE DENIES ANY BAIL. 

We are in a major battle for JUSTICE! KRISTIAN DID NOT DESERVE WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM! Kristian was a bright spark in this world and is deeply missed. Kristian touched the lives of so many in such a positive way and loving way - he was a Angel walking the earth in human form.  

Unfortunately, because of other expenses, including Kristian's medical bills, biohazard clean up of our family car Kristian used in attempts to get help while he bled to death, we were not able to purchase a unique headstone so that his final resting spot is as beautiful as he was inside and out. 

Kristian deserves JUSTICE. The dead cannot speak for themselves. It's up to us the living to fight for them. 

In this time of mourning and heartbreak, any help with this additional burden means the world to our family and allows us to focus on celebrating Kristian's life.
