Justice For Luciana

Luciana was a beautiful strong loving 36 year old mom of two, a sister and a daughter. If you knew Luciana you knew that she was just good. You know that person who walks into a room and their aura radiates, that was Luciana. She did not have a bad bone in her. Luciana was our cousin who lived in Palo Del Colle Italy.

On the night of November 9 2021, Luciana had gone out for dinner with a female friend. Luciana estranged husband had left their two children in the middle of the night to go and find her at the restaurant in his pyjamas. Luciana was shocked and stepped away from her friend to go speak to him, when she returned her friend stated that she seemed nervous but over time relaxed and went on with her usual happy self. Luciana dropped her friend off at around 1:50 am November 10th 2021 and the last text received from Luciana was at 2:16 am.

According to her estranged husband, he went to her home at 10:30 am November 10 2021 and claims to have found her deceased in her children’s room. He didn’t call the police until around the hour of 11:45 am. According to police reports, most evidence was tampered with which left us questioning, why he left his children in the middle of the night alone? Why was there a span of an hour and a half before authorities were called? What happened during that time? According to the reports he called his brother and father before calling the police, what did they do during that time line? Why were his keys in the lock on the inside of the door? Why was there no autopsy preformed to confirm her cause of death? How could the magistrate on the case deem it as suicide when there was threatening text messages to her days before such as “you told me you were afraid of me, now I will give you something to be afraid of”. Why did he change his statement three times ? Is that not suspicious?

Fast forward to today the case has finally been reopened, after 10 months of fighting to have these questions answered. We need to raise money to help the family with lawyer fees, private investigator ext In order to get the justice that Luciana and her family deserve.

Our goal is to raise $30,000 to help our family win this fight. Unfortunately legal fees are adding up and for the family to continue to get justice for Luciana any donation is greatly appreciated.
