DV - Justice for Mackenzie & Elijah.

If you haven’t seen the news, Mackenzie who was only 21, with a 1 year old little boy was allegedly murdered by her ex boyfriend Tyrone Thompson who she had sought an avo in October to protect her from domestic violence. He was arrested & was convicted to 9 months, 4 months before being eligible for parole. On March 9th he was released on parole, and immediately contacted Mackenzie. On March 25th, she was stabbed to death in her home after she called police saying he was breaking into her house. By the time they arrived Mackenzie was found outside bleeding to death, her 1 year old Elijah was found inside hiding in a cupboard covered in blood.

We are setting this go fund me account up for Elijah, to help with any on going cost for Mackenzies family with raising Elijah, and any therapy he will need, Elijah was born with a clef palate & has had ongoing medical appointments & a surgery since his birth.

My heart breaks for Elijah, and this is the least we can do. The system failed her & I am so sorry this happened. All fund raised in this go fund me are going straight to Mackenzie’s mum Tabitha for Eli.
