JUSTICE FOR MIKE MAISNER

Hi, my name is Adriane and I am a niece of Mike Maisner. In early 2023, Michael was murdered by someone he was giving shelter to. His murderer plotted the crime for weeks, obtaining access to his bank account by secretly filming him using his debit card on a trip to Walmart together. She carried out her plan, shooting my disabled uncle in the back of the head as he sat in his chair. She then used his debit card to purchase a chainsaw, bleach, and gasoline. She dismembered his body, and burned it. She stole his car in an attempt to flee after a missing persons report was filed for my uncle and was apprehended in a neighboring state. Despite insurmountable evidence (she took pictures of my uncle's dead body with her phone) and an admission of guilt during her preliminary hearing, my uncle's murderer has been found incompetent to stand trial - alluding accountability for taking the life of my uncle and robbing our family of the opportunity to lay him to rest or to have justice served.
