Justice For Our Valentina Orellana Peralta

Donation protected
On the morning of Thursday, December 23, 14-year-old Valentina Orellana Peralta sadly died when an LAPD's officer's stray bullet struck her when in a clothing store dressing room shopping with her mother. Valentina and her mother went to Los Angeles from Santiago, Chile to be reunited with Valentina's older sister, and with the goal of a better life in California just months before her death. Aside from it being a tragedy to anyone who reads Valentina's story, our hearts ache at the senselessness of her death.

The Chilean family is faced with travel costs and burdens and other kinds of incidentals. There is no amount of money that can bring our Valentina back, or to comfort her grieving mother, father and older sister, but we want her immediate family to be relieved from any financial restraints that might make this mourning process even harder. We want her family to be as comfortable as possible and capable of remembering Valentina without limitations.

We (Valentina's cousins) are creating this Go Fund Me on behalf of Valentina's immediate family with the intention to rid them of any financial burden that may be associated with being unable to work, travel expenses, accommodations for extended family traveling from Chile to Los Angeles and other expenses.

Please donate and share Valentina's if you can. #JusticeForValentina #justiciaporvalentina #ValentinaOrellanaPeralta
