On Tuesday June 6, 2023, A day that was meant to be a beautiful celebration of life for Arianna Davis was turned into yet another senseless tragedy resulting in the murder of 30 year old Ronald Banks.

Ronald was serving as a pallbearer for 10 year old Arianna Davis when he was shot over a long-standing business dispute between two funeral homes.

Ronald lost his life over something that had absolutely nothing to do with the circumstances. He was an innocent bystander trying to do the right thing in helping the family of Arianna Davis lay her to rest.

At the time of his Death, Ronald was working at Washington Hospital Center where he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. He previously worked as an SPO at an Homeless Shelter in Washington DC.

Ronald leaves behind Our 10 year old son whom he called “SON SON”. He was a LOVING FATHER. HE LOVED his Son and his Son LOVED him. He enjoyed doing TikTok’s with Our Son. I am Very Thankful that he gave me OUR FIRST BORN SON. His Legacy will FOREVER LIVE ON THROUGH OUR SON. My Mother LOVED him like her very own son. We are VERY DEVASTATED and in DISBELIEF! We ALL TRULY LOVED HIM and We WILL FOREVER MISS HIM.
