Justice for Ralph Liberto - Medical Bill Help

Hi, my name is Amanda Liberto. I am the daughter of Ralph Liberto, who was the victim of a hit and run while riding his bicycle around his neighborhood, that he has lived in for over 30 years. At 6:56 pm on July 26th, 2024, he was struck by a gold or silver Nissan Altima (or possibly Maxima) on the corner of Marshall Ave and Fourth St. The car was going at least 50 mph in a neighborhood tract. The video shows the car hit my dad at high impact, evidenced by the loud popping sound audible on the video. The car did not slow down or stop or show any care at all for what they did. 4 kids on scooters were nearby and jumped around my dad to keep him safe while other neighbors called 911. My dad has gone through 2 surgeries for his fractured hip and dislocated knee. While we are grateful he is still here with us, we have not located the person that did this to him and these surgeries are going to be expensive. My dad is retired and spends his free time working on his trucks and motors, playing with our small dogs and cat, and riding his bike. Things he will now have trouble doing for the foreseeable future. We are looking at a long journey for him to begin walking again. My sister is getting married in November and my dad has the goal of walking by then, in order to walk his daughter down the aisle. Any help is appreciated.
