Roxana Tomlinson is 85 years old has always been very healthy and was walking a talking an enjoying life before she became victim of medical malpractice from 3 different medical institutions and was taken with out her or her family's permission from the last one received fake doctors notes claiming she was dying, had dementia and the had her highly sedated with liquid morphine in a shared room with no tv no window and left to slowly die as they collect 10,000 dollars a month. I rescued her from this evil place and now she at home going through therapy and is recovering well, she has her memory back and is working hard towards the goal of waling again and recovering from a stage 4 bed sore that she received from the poor care at the facilities. I am raising money to fight the court for full conservator ship or restore Roxana right back to her. Then find a Lawyer that is willing to fight the state with this corruption and help other families that has had there loved ones taken away though this money scandal to collect the sick and elderly for profit.
It stared December 17 2022 Roxana went to Summit Hospital in Hermitage TN with a rectal prolapse and need emergency surgery. There was not a surgeon available in Nashville to perform the surgery need according the hospital so the choose to drive her over 5 hours by ambulance. after her surgery she was discharged on Dec 26th 2022 they refused to bring her back home by ambulance so the paid a uber driver to take her home. during that ride home her stitches ripped and a few days later she started getting a fervor at this point she was still walking. on Dec 3th her health continued to decline and her husband called 911 and she was taken back to Summit Hospital and there she tested positive for COVID and had an infection from her stitches that where ripped, to make matters worse she caught ammonia and had a possible mild stroke. she lost her memory and was not able to feed her self she could not walk. She became weaker and the hospital was bring food but she was not eating. I went to visit and there were stacks of food tray full of food she need to be hand feed or a feeding tube but they just let her to continue to decline without proper nourishment. on Jan 18th she was transferred to a rehab facility called Bethany clinic, it was the only place that would take COVID patients. She received her bedsore from there. fast forward she ended up for 30 days at another cendter called Mckendree village they ended up call DHS claiming roxana was abused and was in bad help and they ended up taking her with out permission and worked with DHS to take her rights away and everything she owned to keep her long term at the facility and we found out its 10,000 a month in less than a year they would take her house put her husband on the streets and the government would pay the rest. They had fake doctors reports that did not hold in court and they abuse report was Ronana hair was not brushed and she was naked when they came but because her husband was changing her that that time. there is so much more to this story but I am out of space. I one half conservator ship over Roxana in court and discharged her from that evil place. She is not dying I have nurses, physical therapist an occupational therapist that will testify that Roxana does not have dementia she had brain fog from COVID and she is on the road to recovery. I now I need to go back to court to fight for her rights back and get Justice for Roxana. full story
