Justice for Takota Michael Smith-Sellman

Hello. My name is Trish Modrall and I was blessed to have my Cousin, Takota Michael Smith-Sellman, in my world for all of his 24 years of life. Most recently we had the honor of spending Christmas Eve at our home with him and other family members. He shared that he was absolutely in love with his new (16 week old) puppy named Azulla (they had already bonded so close, as she came to him with Parvo and he was unsure if she was going to survive).

At our Christmas gathering… he had requested me to do a photo shoot of him and Azulla in front of our Christmas tree and wanted to make it an annual ritual every Christmas moving forward. He and Azulla were obviously very close and both were always by one another and never separated since the day they met and chose each another.

 

From day one… Takota was full of energy and the ongoing desire for adventures. Tragically Takota was murdered on New Years Eve (2021) in San Francisco California. The investigation is on going and we are hopeful for justice for Takota. He will be remembered, missed and loved by all that had the pleasure and honor of knowing him.

His Dad (Ben Sellman) is eager to find Azulla and bring her home with him to raise and love unconditionally in honor of his son Takota. We would like to offer a monetary reward to bring Azulla home and reunite with her family.

As you are aware there are so many cost/s associated with the sudden and tragic loss of a young adult, criminal investigation, out of state death and the return of a family pet. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
