Justice for Tauvey and Dog Handler
Donation protected
I am writing to you to raise awareness for a corrective services dog called Tauvey who served with me at the Clarence Correctional Centre as my position of a Dog Handler. She is a black German Shepherd used to protect officers in the Gaol . At the time of these events I had three beautiful working dogs under my care in service.
On the 21st of February I was on leave and I was called in as Tauvey suffered a traumatic injury in the kennels resulting in the amputation of part of her tail . ( the story and video is on news.com.au)
I asked for a review of the CCTV footage and Serco stood me down for seven months. When I got a solicitor to get the footage and be reinstated with my animals and to be returned to my care, the Serco management colluded to falsify allegations against me in order to bully me into not finding out what happened to this beautiful dog.
Serco terminated my employment and tortured these loyal animals in a cage for seven months to break me.
I now have to get a senior barrister to have a chance of fighting these monsters in court as Serco has millions to throw into a dirty fight.
I am a very private man but I have no hope of getting justice for those animals without your help.
I know it’s asking a lot , but if there is any people out there who believe service dogs should be honoured, then please help.
Myself and many officers in that gaol are safe because dogs like this selflessly do their duty and us as officers have a duty to protect them.
