Help get Justice for Terron Evans Jr of Potsdam New York

Terron Evans Jr age 26, moved to Potsdam New York in June 2020. In September 2020 he met a woman that he started dating named Crystal Kipp. In October 2020 they broke up because she threatened to kill him. On January 8, 2021, this woman and her adult son Brian Gates claimed that Terron committed suicide in their home in Potsdam NY. They claimed he took over 50 Wellbutrin pills. In the autopsy there were no pills found in his stomach, no pill residue in or around his mouth and no signs of vomiting. I later found out they are both police informants. I put my FOIL requests in for the Potsdam police and St Lawrence County Sheriffs. Out of 5 responding officers I only received one body cam video from the scene, which was heavily redacted down to 2 minutes and 36 seconds. The officer whose body cam video I received, Potsdam Police officer Jerrid Lavoie resigned shortly after I called internal affairs in June 2021. The Potsdam Police and St Lawrence County Sheriff's claim they have no more body cam videos nor dash cams and I'm still being denied the initial 911 call. The Chief Assistant District Attorney Jason Marx resigned on the day Terron's life was taken and the Lead Sheriffs Detective Thomas Caringi retired after closing Terron's case. Terron's death was not investigated. His death was supposedly unattended and the scene was not secured. In March 2023 I received a USB from the St Lawrence County Sheriff's. The very first file on that USB is dated and timed 1/7/21 10:41 pm. That's more than 8 hours before the 911 call and Terron's death. They never had Terron in their custody. All that I received from that file is a sound only interview of Crystal and her son. That interview was verbally dated by Sheriff McCargar as 1/8/21. I need an outside investigation(autopsy and toxicologist too) into the manner and cause of my son's death. I believe the truth is being covered up by many including Crystal, Brian, Law enforcement, the District Attorney and others. The St Lawrence County District Attorney Gary Pasqua is refusing to refer Terron's case to the NYS Attorney General to be re opened and re investigated. My complaints to the NYS Governor have been referred right back to the Potsdam Police, Sheriff's and NYS Police, all whom I was up against prior to my son's death, in regards to their racism, biases corruption and cover ups. Please donate if you can. I have to have Terron's body exhumed, have a second autopsy, rebury him and hire a great team of lawyers and investigators.
