Justice for the people in possession claim cases.

Police unlawfully evicted me from my home on 5th February 2019. It was a civil matter concerning a mortgage dispute with Natwest. The police were only supposed to be there to prevent a breach of the peace. There was no breach of the peace from me; it's obvious the police and bailiffs had a plan in which the bailiffs did not get involved. I was charged with affray and went to Maidstone crown court for a trial by jury. The judge stopped the case on day 2 of the first trial after I cross-examined the first witness, the sergeant, in August 2019. The judge approved the 2nd trial and finally went ahead on 21st March 2022. On the 3rd day of the 2nd trial, the jury found me unanimously not guilty after 45 minutes.

After more than three years of waiting for justice to be seen to be done, I can now prosecute the police for the crimes they committed. If it takes another three years or more, I'll fight it all the time I'm alive. This fundraiser aims to get hold of the full transcript from the 2nd trial, which will help me and others fighting for justice. I will send the transcript to anyone that wants it free of charge. Thanks for reading.
