Justice for Wednesday

Hi everyone,

My name is Caleigh Lundy, I live in Bowling Green, Kentucky. I am starting a gofundme to because I took my dog named Wednesday, on Wednesday April 17th 2024 to Petco grooming services 1865 Campbell Ln #200, Bowling Green, KY, 42014 for a bath and haircut at 2:30pm. I received a call at 4:54pm that my dog "just passed out on the table and they're rushing her to the Three Springs Animal Hospital." When i asked what happened they said, "I am not a medical professional". I rushed across town to get to the vet and they tell me she was already dead upon arrival and her body temp was 104 degrees. The vet believed she died of a heat stroke under the care of petco groomers. When i return to Petco, after having to make arrangements for my dead fur baby, I asked to review tapes of what happened, they said only their supervisor had access, and they would give me a call tomorrow. Cooperate called the next morning saying its against their policy to show me the video of my baby dying in their care.

The purpose of this gofundme is so I can get a lawyer to fight Petco for what they did to my angel, so I can have the truth of what happened and make sure this shines light to a dark situation and never happens again to anyone else's pets.

I already lost my best friend, but I will not stop until I make sure that this doesn't happen again.
