Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,

I am reaching out in desperation and hope. My son Keanu was abducted by his mother and taken to the UK in March 2021, where he endured extreme neglect and abuse. He was thankfully removed from his mother and placed in interim foster care.

After a three-years of inexplicable delays, the UK authorities finally returned him to the United States on May 10, 2024. However, due to the timing of my sole custody order in the U.S. being issued post-abduction, the UK ignored my rights entirely and instead released Keanu to his maternal Aunt in Florida under a Special Guardianship Order.

Despite clear evidence of neglect and abuse, and despite my valid sole custody order, the Florida court has prolonged our traumatic separation without explanation by blindly adopting the foreign order with any discussion of the merits (or lackthereof).

My son remains with his maternal aunt, who has expressed intention to return him to his abusive mother, further endangering his well-being all over again!

I am raising funds to hire a skilled attorney to fight for rights and for the prompt and safe return of my child.

Multiple attorneys have affirmed that my Constitutional rights are being violated. I have had no contact with my son since October 2023, and my phone number has been blocked by the maternal Aunt while members of the maternal family continue to post my private banking records, medical records on social media, along with numerous death threats.

I am the only viable biological parent with a valid sole custody order, issued by Oklahoma Judge Elizabeth Kerr. The negligence I have faced from the UK court and now the Florida court has been devastating. The expert witness statement I have highlights the legal statutes and the harm inflicted on my child by this prolonged separation yet has fallen on deaf ears.

I am living in constant fear for my son's safety and cannot bear this uncertainty any longer. Ensuring my son's well-being and our reunification must be a priority to prevent any further harm to an already deeply traumatized child. The mother’s own cousin even reached out to me in tears, warning that my son is in danger with the Aunt.
