On April 12,2021 I was at work and decided to check my camera to see if my dog was okay and I was mortified at what I saw. I saw my roommate Jonice Rabb and her boyfriend Elijah Burkhart (@tsu.eb) intentionally picking my dog up and dropping him on his head. They were taking turns picking him up and tossing him like he meant nothing. My dog Oliver(Ollie) looked terrified. He tried running and hiding from them and they still insisted on throwing him. As I seen that happening to my baby I messaged Jonice Rabb to see what was going on and she told me that they “play“ like that all the time.... She admitted to doing that to my dog all the time and that broke my heart. When I got home my dog was limping on his back legs and shaking. He was terrified. He wouldn’t even come to me when I rushed in. My dog always comes to me when i get home. He also has been using the restroom all over the house now which he never did before. Oliver has been trained to use the restroom on his pee pad ONLY. He also wouldn’t eat. Not even a treat excited him anymore. When I came home and seen that, I called the police and took him to the hospital. They put my baby on many different medications and said that he had strained muscles and that he may go through some psychological issues due to the fact that the event was traumatic for him. I fully believe that Jonice Rabb and Elijah Burkhart (@tsu.eb) needs to be responsible for the damage they have done to my baby. He is not the same dog I left him as. He is a whole different dog. He lays around whimpering all day. He won’t jump and play with anyone , he won’t jump in my bed and cuddle with me anymore, Ollie just lays around all day in a state of depression. I can’t even leave him home anymore when I’m not there to protect him. Oliver deserves to be comfortable in his own home and not have to see these people ever again. He deserves justice.  We have filed a police report as well as taken Oliver to the animal hospital. But now we are acquiring legal fees and medical bills.
