On December 22, 2022, 36 year old Joey Capone lost his life in an unmarked crosswalk, hit by a SPEEDING car.

The Portland, OR, police did NOT test the driver for alcohol or drugs and the driver was NOT cited for any traffic violation.

There are further indications that the police report is BIASED.

The social and economic consequences for our daughter, Matilda, and me, wife – Daniela, are enormous.

Matilda and I made our first steps in healing. I now feel strong enough to pursue the case.

I’ll do everything in my power to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
