#JusticeForJudson - Support Judson Albahm's Family
Donation protected
17-year-old Judson Albahm's life was cut short on March 4, 2021, when police killed him as he was experiencing a mental health crisis. Judson was a child who was failed by the system. More importantly, he was a son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend who was deeply loved and will be forever missed.
In the immediate future, Judson's family needs financial support for expenses such as a permanent memorial (like a park bench) and legal fees. Long term, funds will be needed for mental health support costs. Any leftover money will be deposited into college savings accounts for Judson's siblings. All donations to this GoFundMe will go directly to Judson's family for these purposes.
In response to his death at the hands of police, family and friends have begun to organize a #JusticeForJudson campaign to effect the change our policing system desperately needs, and to prevent this tragedy from happening to any more children or adults. Please join family and friends for a vigil on March 10th:

Even the smallest donation helps. As a community, we can come together to provide Judson's family with the emotional and financial support they need, and we can join forces in advocating for change.
Thank you for your caring and generosity.
Identification Transparency: I am Jessie Moore, the creator of this GoFundMe campaign, and a long-time friend of the Myers family. All donations will go directly to Carissa's sister Courtney as the official beneficiary of this campaign--I will not personally have access to the donations. This is the only official GoFundMe campaign to benefit Judson's family.
