Justin’s motorcycle accident

Hi everyone,

 

As most of you know by now our friend Justin Burt was in a motorcycle accident last night. He is currently in ICU, sedated, and on a ventilator while awaiting more surgeries. Thankfully he doesn’t have any head trauma but does have a broken nose, a couple of broken ribs, damage to his arm, shoulder, pelvis, he did lose his left leg right above the knee, his right leg also has some damage. Due to Justin's injuries, he will not be able to work for a while. Many people have asked about how they can help, so for meals, please visit the link below to pick a day.

BTW … there is a refrigerator under the carport at Justin and Brittney's if you have anything to drop off, in case they are not there you can put it in.  Just put your name on it so we can make sure to thank you! 

Justin’s donor (account) number is 22385041. Anyone who wants to donate blood on his behalf can go to any Lifeshare center or lifeshare bus and donate. It does not matter what blood type you are just giving blood he will get the credit for it. With all the surgeries he is having/needing keeping the credit built will ensure him having what he needs. 
We are also working with BFCU to establish blood drives in Blanchard and at other locations.
 

Justin, Brittany, the kids, and the family need all the prayers they can get now more than ever. 

Brittany's visit this afternoon-

He is alert on and off. Gave us the thumbs up when we talked. Surgery is scheduled for tomorrow unless another trauma pushes him back. He is not fully aware of the extent of his injuries. Keeping him pain-free and rested.
