To everyone who knew Justin & to everyone who is moved by what they are about to hear, please if you cannot donate $5, $10, however much you can, then *please atleast just share to your media platforms*. PLEASE do not forget to share also if you do donate!

We are fundraising for all of his funeral & burial expenses which are about $6,000 already. If we are able to reach our goal target of $12,000 within a few days, would like to also have a 2nd autopsy to be done, & possibly some $ left over would go to a private investigator, in order to have additional professionals verify details for the sake of his death investigation.

The police at the 47th precinct absolutely refused to treat this as a serious matter & refused to engage in Justin’s missing persons investigation.

Justin went missing on last week Thursday around 5:30 pm. We made all kinds of efforts looking for him while also trying to get police and authorities involved. If we were given the kind of power that police has access to, Justin could have come back to us. He has now been found, deceased, *after a whole week of being out here in this city somewhere*.

His tragic death occurred on Thursday 9-14-2023.

Police only are saying he was struck by a Metro North train around 1:00am in the morning of 9/14. Justin did not even have his wallet, keys, or his phone on him or at the scene of his death.

We strongly believe that there is foul play involved with Justin’s sudden and confusing disappearance, upon finding certain things after Justin first went missing. We have expressed these serious concerns to the police over and over again.

We urged the 47th precinct to get involved but we were shooed away multiple times when we went to have the police at 47 help out with anything at all.

Even after we went to the precinct nearest to Justin’s home, and came back with the missing persons report the home precinct made, the 47th still turned us away. The only time they gave any “help” was only coming once to observe footage where Justin was last reported seen around his job on Boston Rd. A police incident report was never taken from the family members that day of the camera search that 47th precinct officers went to. There was barely even a camera search, as it went incomplete. The police never reached out in order to continue on something they refused to make a report on.

*Even the home precinct urged multiple times for the 47th precinct to take part in the original investigation. Even now after Justin’s death, they still turn their head away and refuse to see what they find , whether if Justin was possibly taken, or what the camera footage led up to. Even asking to speak with a higher up we were denied. They show no desire to find answers.*

They’re denying the opportunity to find justice. Someone did something to Justin, he did not end up at the train on his own at 1am. How did he get from EASTCHESTER BOSTON RD , TO BEING IN THE PATH OF A TRAIN.? WHY ISNT THIS BEING MORE INVESTIGATED .?
