Justin Hoang Memorial Fund

Hello, I'm Jackie. My husband Justin passed away on a black water diving trip accident on October 3rd, 2022. He was only 42. He is survived by me, our two sons, and our baby girl that I'm pregnant with.

Justin was an extremely hard working and kind person who just wanted to take care of those he loved-- 7 days a week, 6 am to 5 pm and later, and when he did have a break, he loved to go on adventures. Hiking, fishing, diving, and just being with nature made him so happy. We had so many plans and so many promises, so many dreams that will never become reality.

I was always scared whenever he would go dive, but it was his hobby and I accepted that. He promised me he would bring home 21 lobsters on this trip, but I told him I didn't care about any of that-- I just wanted him to be safe and come back home to me. But that was how he was, always superman trying to fulfill crazy promises to make us happy. I thought he was invincible, but... no one is. He died on the last day of the trip, just hours before he was supposed to come home.

We're trying our best to stay strong and sort everything out, but things aren't looking too well and we would be extremely grateful for any support for the funeral and our daughter, who will never get to know her father.
