My son Justin transitioned on Monday afternoon at 1:43 pm. This was totally unexpected. He had a life insurance policy, but I was told by the company that the policy has to be 2 years old in order for me to use it. His policy was only 2 months old. As of now I have no funds to bury my son. State regulation per insurance company will not pay policy. He has a 8 year old son and I'm a disabled veteran with a medical disability. We had no idea that this would happen and it's very difficult dealing with this dilemma. He had a car accident on black ice and was avoiding hitting it and he didn't go to the dr until several days later. He said he was fine, and everything looked normal for a couple days prior until he had abdominal swelling plus lower swelling in extremities and pain. He was transported by ambulance to the ER and eventually wound up in ICU where he passed away. He had a problem with Co2 levels and heart rate and developed pneumonia. He eventually went into cardiac arrest and passed away. I'm seeking funds for a proper funeral. It would be greatly appreciated and would help to ease our pain. Please have mercy on us.
