Justin Kurtz Fellow SIP

Hi Guys!

We just received an informal OK to send this out to all 737 instructors.  We started a GoFundMe account in early May to take some of the load off Justin Kurtz.  Justin has gone through some unfortunate medical experiences that started shortly after he arrived on property at Delta.  Long Term Disability is not that kind to the new guys.

Delta always helps every member of the Delta family when in need.  And, the pilot union has recently given Justin a grant that has helped him out for the near term.  Delta and ALPA  have been great, but their help can only go so far.    

We all have been affected by the “VIRUS SHUTDOWN” of training and resulting loss of income.  Justin belongs to that group that is not eligible for the Leave of Absence Program.   I could go on, but I think you get the picture.

Many instructors have asked if we could get together and help.  Pilots just help Pilots.  Pilots take care of their own.  
Please take the time to throw some good cheer Justin’s way.  We have set up a GoFundMe account in Justin’s name – "Justin Kurtz Fellow SIP".  
Give what you can when you can.  If we all give some each month it would make us all feel better and take some of the load off Justin!      

The GOAL is to reach around $3000-$4000 or more each month.

5/26/20 -   Thanks for all the good cheer everyone has sent Justin's way.  He is truly deserving of all your donations.  The positive impact Justin has on all the students, fellow pilots, friends and generally everyone he meets, is immense.  Everyone I've talked to has a smile on their face when they punch the DONATE button.     The GOAL remains $4000/month and 4 x $4000 = $16,000.  Our thanks to everyone.
