Justin Sweitzer's wheelchair accessible van fund
Donation protected
My husband Justin was in a 4 wheeler accident June 2019 and left him with an incomplete spinal cord injury. He is paralyzed from the neck down.
Aug 26,2019 he was released from Wellspan Rehabilitation hospital. After his release he has to follow up with Urologists, Neurologists, Psychiatrist, PCP, and get to physical and occupational therapy at least 3xs a week. For the pass 2 weeks we have been trying to get to all his appointments using Rabbit Transit para transit, the only problem is that we live in Wrightsville and Rabbit Transit only comes to pick up out there between 9:30am and 10:30am so that makes it very hard to make appt or keep appts that Doctors have already made for him. Also he missed important appts because of Rabbit Transit running late or can't take him to an appointment after 10:30a . Making all of Justin appointments are very important for his recovery journey and having a wheelchair accessible van will make it less stressful to get him to and from all his medical appointments. I'm asking to help our family raise enough money to get a wheelchair accessible van to get him to and from all of his appts without the stress of trying to fit all his appointments into very small window that Rabbit Transit gives us.
Thank you.
