Justin Camilleri Recovery Fund
Donation protected
Early Friday morning, I learnt that my brother, Justin Camilleri, 22, was in a critical condition at Royal Perth Hospital. I was beside myself.
The night before, Thursday 19th November, Justin and his friend Max were almost home from band practice when they were struck by a female driver, 23, who was under Police pursuit.
It is still hard to write about it, so please feel free to follow the link below for more details...

Writing this 10 days later, he is still in a coma in ICU at Royal Perth Hospital.
Justin has undergone three major surgeries to date, with many more to come. He also required a blood transfusion on the night he was admitted. Justin has an extensive amount of injuries to both legs and will have to learn how to walk again in the near future. He also suffers many other serious injuries to the rest of his body.
He is in a stable condition, but not yet out of the woods.
Justin is a rockstar at heart. From his love and passion for music, he created his metalcore band Mourning Lilith . After overcoming other setbacks, the band were due to release their new album soon and hoped to tour again in the US next year.
Justin's dream is bigger than most, and it absolutely breaks my heart that this happened to him.
Justin is a proud Uncle of his 4 month old neice. He is my younger brother and the only son of my parents. Justin is a kind soul- he did not deserve this fate.
In the hopes for a comfortable and speedy recovery, I have created this page for all expenses that won't be covered by insurance. For example, a new car, items in his car that were damaged, other medical bills, loss of income, travel expenses, entertainment while he rests, disable taxi fares, etc. All donations will go directly to Justin.
I thank you all in advance for taking the time to read Justin's story and for any donations you have made.
A little bit will go a long way, and will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Emma Camilleri
