Justin's New Heart

9.5 years have gone by since Justin Daywalt was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. Today we got some of the best news imagined...He is approved for a new heart!

In December 2021 he underwent his first open heart surgery and was given an LVAD heart pump. After 3 months in the hospital in Nashville, he came home, worked hard and has endured a lot of ups and downs and back and forth to Vanderbilt for appointments and unexpected emergency visits and calls. We had a few good scares, once life lighted to Vandy in May for seizures and a lot of dizziness and sickness. So today we are excited, scared and speechless that he will finally get better. It has been a really difficult year and we are beyond ecstatic to be given this chance to live normal again.

Originally I was going to be able to work from Nashville, but that has since changed and we are in need of help. Our monthly bills will still keep coming in while income will not. We greatly appreciate any and all help while we journey through this new adventure.

We cannot thank you enough to all those who have helped in the past. Your grattitude is amazing and from the bottom of our hearts thank you all.
