Patti McCabe beating cancer

Patti has been fighting this battle since December of 2008.  She has had to undergo 4 operations and long stays in the hospital.  She had  a recent series of tests, and although showing the cancer had returned,  doctors feel that it is early and 4 rounds of chemotherapy could possibly keep it in check.  Although doctors are not sure how this rare type of cancer actually reacts to chemo treatment, we are hoping it might be enough to avoid any more of the invasive surgeries it takes to remove the small nodes of the desease, at least for a year or two.
