Help me fix my teeth.

Hi, my name is Rory. I have had bad teeth my life whole life and it has finally reached the point where they all need to come out and be replaced. I can't eat too cold or too hot of food without pain in my mouth. More than one dentist has told me that I don't have any teeth that can be saved. I would love nothing more than to be able to eat normally and smile with confidence. That is why I am asking for help. Anything will help. Thank you and God bless.
