Baby nova

On Tuesday, November 12 nova was very upset in the morning around 7:30 AM she started projectile vomiting to the point where it went from a white milk to a green. They brought her to the doctors right away because her symptoms proceeded to get worse nova hadn’t eaten in 13 hours she went yellow and would not wake up and scream when moved her lips were dry and cracked around her eyes were sunken and black. Threw out all this nova started having seizures. The doctor told them it was Gasto and since she had taken some liquids after 13 hours they were told to go home and wait it out.

Wednesday no change of symptoms but nova was eating more

Wednesday evening Taylor called her husband saying she was done watching her 5 month old having seizuring and be lifeless for the last day, they rushed her to the ER and were brought in right away and were told that nova had every symptom of meningitis next thing they knew they were being swarmed by 5 doctor. Nova soft spot began to bubble. The doctors said there wasn’t enough time to take fluid from her spine and antibiotics were given. Taylor and Garrett were told to prepare for the worst....

5 month old nova is currently on several steroids and antibiotics, she’s also on a iv fluid to keep her hydrated. Sadly still no change. She remains in a sleep. they are no longer able to hold her as moving her just pains her. It has been confirmed that this little girl has meningococcous meningitis. Right now this family should not have to worry about money and be able to stay together well they deal with something no family should. I’m sure everyone who reads this will agree with me please if you can help or even say a prayer for nova and her family
