Please help me save my house

Update: We had to spend $700 for a temporary covering to keep the water from coming in until we can afford the new roof. We still need help coming up with $3000 to do this. We need this done before the rainy season starts because the temp roof will only work for maybe a couple of months. It is very hard to save any money at this time with the cost of everything rising and we are just staying afloat right now. It's really hard to ask for help right now because so many are stuggling but any amount big or small helps. We are very thankful for all the help we get.

Hi this is very hard for me to do but I am asking for help. I am 69 years old and live in a 69 year old house. It is in very bad need of roof replacement. I have water coming in right above where my son sleeps and one ceiling in another bedroom is coming down. We did a repair 5 years ago but it wasn't done correctly and so now it's caused major damage with them actually roofing over a drain hole. I am still working and trying to retire but just don't have the funds to fix the roof as needed. If I cannot fix it I will have no choice but to take a loss and move. We love this house and when we moved here 22 years ago we vowed we would never move again. Please help with what you can. I am trying to find senior assistance but so far nothing is coming through and I keep running into deadends. Thank you and God Bless All!
