Please help the Bennett family!

Crystal Bennett is my best friend and the best coworker I have ever had. She would give anyone the coat off her back to make sure they were taken care of. Her and her husband Lonnie have so much love to give that they have grown their family through fostering and adoption - their family is so big and wonderful and joyful to be around! Both Crystal and Lonnie work for the Crescent School District - Lonnie as a bus driver and Crystal as their Special Education Coordinator. Their 11 children range from 7-21 years old (including spouses and partners), most of whom are still in school (between Crescent and PAHS).

Tragically, their house burned down this weekend. Due to their foresight in preparing for anything they had practiced fire drills and everyone got out safely - including all dogs, cats, chickens, and turkeys. But they lost everything apart from the clothes they were wearing. As you can imagine, a family that large has many needs and it is going to take a long time to get back into a house. The family is currently in a hotel together, and while I know they are grateful for that I also know that they need help. That is where we come in. All donations will help - sharing this as well.
