Help my family save our house

Hello everyone.

My name is Marco even tho most people know me as Kawa. I live in a small town in Italy and here's my story.

For the past 15 years my family has been struggling to become financially stable, which has lead to a desperately unhappy situation. Dad used to have a company back in the days, but during the financial crysis in 2008 things started going south, to the point in 2010 the company failed, right after finding out that the building we were renting was full of asbestos and the owner never informed us.

This is when the real struggle began.

After a company failure "someone" is usually in charge of selling the remaining stuff from your company to try and pay the debts . The "someone" who dealt with dad's company decided to sell off everything for such little money that no debt was fully paid.

We spent the following years living in fear and every other month we'd get a letter from someone's lawyer starting legal actions against us.

My family already gave everything to fix what was fixable to the point we didn't own anything except from our house.

One last remaining debt was eventually sold to a different bank.

They Attacked us and put the house on auction.

That was 4 years ago.

Since then we started the legal fight.

We won in court multiple times, but of course a few days ago we get the news that the last one, the one that mattered, the one that we couldn't appeal to, we lost.

And now they're going to take it.

They're going to take our house and there is nothing we can do about it.

Or at least there is one thing we can do. Such thing is paying. Paying an amount of money we cannot even think to afford right now.

The full bill would be around €200k.

Of course i'm not hoping to reach such numbers, but if we manage to even get even a bit closer to such numbers we could try to get a deal with them and find a solution. And even if that's not possible we could at least find a solution for my parents, so they could at least find somewhere to stay.
