Our Journey

We are Joseph & Amber Gladden and we are desperate to be parents. When I was 18 years old I was diagnosed with 2 rare disorders, one in which would claim my left kidney(renal artery aneurysm ) and the other a diagnoses of Premature Ovarian Failure. At 18 years old and my whole life ahead of me I was told I would never be a natural mother to a child and that I was born with no eggs. The struggle has been hard in so so many ways mentally and physically. I've been to every kind of doctor known and there is no reason to explain how I would end up with 2 rare disorders.
Joe and I have been happily married 4 years, but we have the biggest missing piece in our life and that is a child. We have alot of pets to help fill that void but it's our dream to be parents.
To become parents, I will have to obtain a donor egg from the local fertility clinic and complete invitro fertilization. The cost is around $20,000.
On September 9th, we were awarded $5000.00 from the "Bundle of Joy Fund" that is sponsored by the Kyle Busch Foundation. As grateful as we are, we were only awarded 5k towards or journey at Reach in Charlotte, NC. The $5000.00 donation has already been a huge blessing, but this procedure is so very expensive it would mean the world to us to be able to go thru with the invitro while we have this benefit. Our Bundle of Joy donation is only good for 12 months, at that time if not used we will lose it.
