Kat's Breast Cancer Fund

Kathy Horton was experiencing pain in her left breast. Worried for her health, Kathy went to various physicians for help. In May, 2014, she was officially diagnosed with Stage 2 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Negative 3 Breast Cancer.


She has endured chemotherapy sessions throughout her fight. At the end of her battle against cancer and going through chemotherapy, Kathy had to draw on short-term disability to support herself. Her disability funds have been completely exhausted and she needs help! She is single and living by herself and has little to fall back on to help support herself financially.


My sister needs financial support until she can continue working once again at the Durand Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center in Durand, MI. She loves working to aid residents of the senior center and wants to get back to work and see the residents she knows and loves as soon as possible, but needs help financially until that point to do so.
