My brother, Omar Hakeem's dog, aka the sweetest dog in the world is hurting!! We just found out he has two herniated disks and needs to have surgery to extend his life. Otherwise, he will have to go on a ton of pain meds and won't be his happy, loving self. Trouble is it will cost $9,000!!
