Hello and Thank You for taking a moment to check out my team! I am the Varsity Girls and Boys Volleyball Coach at Nicholas Senn High School in Chicago. I work with students and athletes who come from every background imaginable and most when they come into high school have never played volleyball before. It has been exciting to be able to watch these student athletes develop into amazing leaders and young adults. This year we have run into a problem. We need new uniforms due to policy changes with the State of Illinois Uniform requirements.
Along with this, we also need new volleyballs because our old ones have been commandeered by a summer children's program, which treated them like soccer balls. (This does not bode well for a volleyball's ability to hold air.)
Due to some of the budgetary issues that are happening within the city of Chicago and Chicago Public Schools, funding is short and uncertain. Our season begins March 7, and it would be great to have the funds by March 1st. This would mean a ton to me as coach to be able to provide an amazing season to these players who work so hard, as well as to the players who would love to know that other people want them to succeed outside of their school environment!
