Help My Mom's Heart

As you may know, our mom had a heart attack in August. Well, more like three heart attacks, but they happened within a week or two, so it depends on how you count heart attacks. They gave her a pacemaker and crossed their fingers that her stints would hold up.

Well, she just had another very, very bad heart attack. But since the last heart attack, something has changed. My mom became a grandma. And every day since, she has dedicated her health and strength to staying healthy for Coleman.

She has been going to Planet Fitness and running laps around us on the machines. Building up her strength because she knows we need her, and now Coleman needs her.

On Saturday July 8th she was taken to Littleton Hospital where they discovered her heart stints had failed and she had total blockage of those stints. Tomorrow, Tuesday she is set to get a triple bypass. My mom will have yet another long recovery ahead of herself and anything helps right now. We appreciate your thoughts, prayers, and support.
