In the early morning hours on January 9th, 2014 Marque's young life of only 23 years was tragically taken due to a senseless and unprovoked shooting. This single Mother is survived by her 3 year old son Marquel who will never understand why this happened to her, as well as her family and many friends who loved her so dearly.
Marque worked tirelessly to provide the very best for her son. She was a wonderful Mother who at times held multiple jobs to provide for him. Simply a beautiful young woman, inside and out. Words cannot express the anguish and the heartache this tragedy has caused.
Many have asked how they can help which is why we have created this campaign. Her family could really use some assistance with her final arrangments. 100% of the funds raised (less the fees GoFundMe charges) will be donated to the family for funeral expenses. Anything left will be used strictly for Marquel's needs.
