Support Recovery After Devastating Car Accident
Donation protected
As most of you know on the night of September 15th, I was in a horrible car accident just a mile from home. This accident has been extremely damaging to my physical body (8 broken bones, 3 bleeding organs and vestibular disruption), but also many other aspects of my life. I am going to have a heaping amount of debt, medication costs and copays ahead of me for follow up care, I am out of work for an estimated four months, and obviously I now need another vehicle which is extremely upsetting since I had only had big blue for 9 months. However, that vehicle saved my life- and I will forever be grateful for that.
We do not know the cause of the crash, I don't remember anything. Unfortunately, the last thing I remember is a very mundane, average drive home, I was listening to "good luck babe" by Chappell Roan at the time. There was nobody else on the road but me at that moment so there are no witnesses or evidences of what occured either. Nobody else nor nobody elses property was damaged thank god, just me and my vehicle. I was not a DUI case, I did get a ticket for misdemeanor reckless driving likely because- it was an accident, but with no apparent cause. Our best guess so far is that I either popped a tire, had a seizure of some kind, or swerved to avoid an animal and quickly lost control of the vehicle.
I could not be here writing this right now were it not for the urgent and consistent support of my mother, and all of my friends for being here for me over the past week and helping in any and every way that they possibly can- as I'm sure they will continue to throughout the recovery process. To all of you thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and I love you so so very much.
To you who is reading this right now thank you in advance should you choose to donate to this account. Thank you also from the bottom of my heart. If you are reading this and you cannot donate, I understand. It's really hard out here these days. But thank you for caring enough to open and read this.
With all of the love I have, thank you and I am very grateful to be alive to continue being your friend- and live to entertain you with my antics another day. I also cannot wait to get back to work and do what i love, helping people and helping animals get the care and supplies that they need to thrive in this world. Until i see ya again, cheers my friends. ❤️
