Help pay for private investigator

My family has decided to hire a private investigator to look into the disappearance of my sister Teekah Lewis. Private investigator is Rose. 

as many of you may know Teekah was taken from a bowling alley on January 23rd 1999 in Tacoma Washington at the age of 2. We do have detectives on the case but feel like an investigator will help a lot, recently it came to our attention that a message was written in a bathroom stall in Austin TX saying “ please help i was kidnapped-Teekah Lewis “ please help us raise money for the private investigator. Any thing helps. Even just a share. Thank you it’s time to bring Teekah home & get answers.
