Help Butch Recover

Hello,

We are Waste Connections of Arizona fundraising for our amazing mechanic Vincent "Butch" Nieman.

Butch was on his way to work 9/6/22 at 4am . When he did not make it to work, his supervisor was worried and drove the route Butch would take. There was a DPS officer on the side of the road who told him that there was a motorcycle accident, and the gentleman was airlifted to Scottsdale Osborn hospital. Butch sustained several injuries to the upper half of his body. He suffered a small brain bleed and a head wound. He has 7 broken ribs, 2 punctured lungs, contusions on his heart, thoracic bone fractures to his spine and fractures on his back. His entire right arm is broken in three or four areas and his entire right hand is crushed. Butch coded three times while at the hospital. He will have to go through multiple surgeries to repair his injuries. He goes in today for his first surgery on his hand to see if they can save the hand. The hospital is over a hour and a half from their home. We are all thinking about Butch and his wife LaDonna and want to do anything we can to help them.
