Hello Everyone,
I’m Zoheir ,
I live in America, where I was able to build a decent life and grow in my career, but in recent months my life has become difficult, full of anxiety and fear for my nephew Imad Fathi AlAshi and his family in Gaza, as life there has become non-existent.

Before the war, they had a comfortable life, each of them had his own dreams and work, but since October 7, their lives have been turned upside down, as they were displaced from their home from the first day, and the house was destroyed, and they left under the blows of bombing and fire. They left their homes to the south with nothing and without a destination, and since that day they have been struggling to get anything. On the bare necessities of life, they were displaced more than five times, moving from one place to another to escape death.

My nephew Imad and his family consists of 7 people. His shop, which had been a source of livelihood for him for more than 30 years, was destroyed. Imagine, after years of fatigue and work, everything disappears within seconds and become sashed

His wife Hadil AlAshi suffers from high blood pressure, as there are no medications available in pharmacies, and this threatens her life. In danger, even hospitals lack the minimum resources for resuscitation.

His daughter Farah AlAshi is 22 years old and is studying at Al-Azhar University in computer engineering. She is in her final year and is preparing to graduate to achieve her dream, but her university was destroyed by occupation fire and became rubble. She also works on freelance platforms and has contracts with companies, but she lost her job as a result of the lack of electricity and the Internet.

His youngest son Fathi AlAshi , 16 years old, He also lost his academic year, and his school was completely destroyed. Instead of devoting his time to studying and playing, he began to go with his father in search of food, water, and firewood.

He has a 27-year-old married daughter Asil AlAshi who lost her home, her husband Shadi AlGhussein lost his source of livelihood, and the occupation destroyed his workplace. She also has a 5-year-old daughter Naya AlGhussein who lost her academic year in kindergarten.

She also gave birth to a new baby Rakan AlGhussein during the war, under difficult hospital conditions without sterilization or anesthesia, where milk is not available for the baby, and if it is found, it is at exorbitant prices, and there are no clothes for newborns, and he cannot receive vaccination either.
He does not have a birth certificate yet. Imagine that the simplest things are nonexistent in Gaza

They are currently struggling to stay safe and secure basic living necessities. I decided to start this GoFundMe campaign to support them so they can get out of Gaza and save their lives.

I am here to ask for help from many with big hearts to help my family flee the war zone in Gaza to safely reach Egypt

Your contributions would help fund the $35,000 ($5,000 for an adult and $2,500 for those younger than 16) to cover the expenses to obtain permits and crossing fees to evacuate Gaza through the Rafah-Egypt crossing.
