dog attack recovery

On April 23rd I was attacked by my neighbors dog. It pulled me from my doorway to the ground by my leg then went after my face..My injuries to my face arm and leg were extensive enough to require trauma surgery, ending with 40+ stitches by my eye and on my chin, 8 stitches in my mouth, 7 stitches on my arm as well as punctures in my arm and a hole in my thigh that I currently have to have a wound vac attached to.

The incident made it unable for me to return to work for nearly 2 months. I tried to file a lawsuit but the owner didn't have insurance and she hasn't offered to help in any way so all expenses are my own. I would sincerely appreciate any help I receive. I had just started working again full time and moved into an apartment with my 8yr old grandson. We are both afraid to be outside because the dog still lives above us.
