trying to get my head above water

Yall. I am humiliated, and I don’t even know where to start. Thanksgiving weekend, I had what I thought was a dormant cyst rupture, and it has created a domino effect that I am having trouble bouncing back from. I’m still not fully recovered from this, and to top this all off, I now have covid. I am truly worried for the end of the month. I’ve already been really trying to be careful and stretch money as far as possible, but there’s just not any left. I know people are all really strapped, so please do not feel guilty if you can’t help. Life is just… really tough right now. Love you all. I am so sorry to even be asking this.
