WRONGFUL ARREST BY ROGUE MTA COP WHO WAS A FRIEND OF MINE.

 Joe Casale was the arresting officer. He KNEW that I had a VALID CONCEALED CARRY PERMIT. He knew that in advanced. We spoke on Instagram prior. He knew that I had it. It’s not like he didn’t know. He knows my car and my license plate information. He would run my plate and registration information as well. This is the type of individual who gets a gun and shield. We were friends for 5 years. He pulled me over on 42nd street as a prank before. We were cool until the day of the funeral when he wanted to look like a hero. I was taking photos of NYPD, CORRECTIONS and MTA Police K-9. There was an NYPD Lieutenant that approached me and asked me for a copy of the photos. Joe Casale came out of nowhere and started yelling “WHADDA YA DOIN’ WHADDA YA DOINNNNNN YOU DO NOT HAVE A PERMIT FOR THAT GUN. He disappeared for about TEN MINUTES. I left my camera with New York City Department of Corrections K-9. I went to my car to find my IDENTIFICATION. I came back to my back and I was heading back down to my car. I ended up seeing a few Bridgeport Connecticut officers who wanted photos taken. JOE CASALE RETURNED. He said “HAKIM GET TO YOUR CAR RIGHT NOW. GET TO YOUR CAR NOWWWWWWWWWW”. I went to my car and as soon as I was about to put the key in the ignition he came and said “DON’T MOVE DON’T MOVE” he approached me and I raised both hands upwards. He ripped the gun and holster from my waist and gave it to the surrounding Nassau County Officer. He placed me in cuffs and then handed me off to Nassau County. I heard him say to the officers “dump the mag if he had more than ten rounds then he’s fucked” Joe Casale was also spreading my business around to the other MOS which resulted in amusement. He dropped the gun arrest off to Nassau County. Nassau County retrieved my permit from the car. My permit doesn’t expire until the year 2027. They said that they still needed to take me to the precinct to verify that the permit is real. The officer said “you are not under arrest” only for me to be PLACED UNDER ARREST HOURS LATER. I sat in a cell handcuffed to a bench for hours until the detectives completed their investigation. The nassau county detectives Stated that my address was for being in a sensitive location. A sensitive location is a place where firearms are Prohibited with the extraction of security during the duration of employment or for active and retired law enforcement officers. Church is considered a sensitive location. Playgrounds and parks, such as Bryan Park, Central Park is considered to be a sensitive location. The subway is considered to be a sensitive location. Mta property is considered to be a sensitive location. As I stand here in the subway station at 42nd Street, I am in a sensitive location. Nassau county police took both of my firearms and my pistol from which was from the New York City police Department. They also hit me with a charge of “failure to safeguard firearm” Even though the second Faune, which was a Glock, 22 was unloaded. The fire was placed in a centre console, locked away and hidden, and the magazine was in the glove compartment, separate from the firearm. I just wanted to storage to get public sized because of the fact that I used to work for New York and I did nothing wrong, but it was placed under arrest by a friend of mine who knew that I had a valid gun permit. Now the possibility of losing my license. I have a valid security guard license which may get nullified. I have to report this to my boss. I could potentially get suspended from my job. I could even lose my job. I’m going to have to pay expensive legal fees to get myself out of this situation. I’ve had enough And I want the story publicised. A licensed gun owner arrested, even though a valid pistol permit was retrieved. At this point, I’m just convinced that he was looking for an arrest which he

didn’t even process himself.
