K9 Brodie medical expenses

Our police K9 Brodie has met with the neurology team, and they were able to determine that he has 100% LS disease in his lower spine. The next step is an MRI and CT scan and they want him back in Cleveland on Thursday to perform the tests. It's going to be an all-day event, and the total cost for Thursday will be between $3,000 and $4,000, not including the cost of surgery. Whether this can be fixed with steroids will not be known until they see the extent of the damage through the MRI.

Brodie has been a huge asset to our Springfield Township Police department and the surrounding communities. Our K9 program is funded strictly by donations. Brodie has worked countless hours protecting our township and risking his life to serve alongside his handler sergeant Brady as well as our entire department. It’s our turn to help Brodie. We are asking for donations to help cover his medical expenses. Any amount would be greatly appreciated. Let’s stand together like I know my community can and show Brodie we support and love him!!!!
