Back Surgery

On January 1st, 2020, I injured my back. At first I didn’t think that it was anything more than a pulled muscle, but after chiropractic visits, ice packs and anti inflammatory medicine did not help and the pain was getting worse, I went for an MRI and met with a back specialist. That is when I found out that I had a herniated disc at L5. After having exhausted all nonsurgical options, I will be having surgery on March 5, to remove the herniated part of the disc.

Due to this injury, I have been unable to sit, stand or walk, so I have been unable to contribute to our household expenses.  I have also been without a full time job for almost a year which also means that I do not have any medical insurance.

This go fund me is to cover our mounting medical expenses and household expenses until I have recovered from this injury.
