Kade Orr's Recovery

Kade Orr, local wrestling legend around our valley was in a rock slide accident while hiking yesterday with his dad and his saving grace, Tayt Gillette. He was hit and thrown off a mountain, Tayt saved Kade's life gripping him as he was falling over a ledge, taking a beating as the rocks pummeled him, to protect him. Kade was life-flighted to St. Alfonsus Medical Center where he is receiving treatment for punctured lungs, broken ribs a broken scapula as well as some internal injuries.

Kade has been attending Kent State and wrestling for them since he graduated in 2021, he recently decided to enter the transfer portal and accepted a spot wrestling for the University of Utah where he would be closer to friends and family and save some money. This is all uncertain at this time.

Kade's parents are currently staying in Boise with him. His mom is a nurse at a local ER and the family's main source of income, she is not likely to leave his side. The Orrs are strong and would never ever ask for help.

Hoping we can lessen their financial burden and let them all focus on Kade and his healing.
